Assistant Professor, Cellular Biology

Dr. Russo-Tait and her research group in the ACCESS Lab explore different facets of equity and justice issues in STEM Education, often at the intersection of race and gender. Research strands currently include examining the equity-related beliefs and practices of STEM instructors, exploring the experiences and perspectives of minoritized students in STEM, and science and social justice curriculum.
