IWS Director, Dr. Juanita Johnson-Bailey, receives 2022 Zenobia L. Hikes Woman of Color in the Academy Award from Virginia Tech IWS Director, Dr. Juanita Johnson-Bailey, received the 2022 Zenobia L. Hikes Woman of Color in the Academy award from Virginia Tech University. Dr. Johnson-Bailey, the 2018 University Professor, also holds a Josiah Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professorship, and is a professor of adult education in the Mary Frances Early College of Education’s Department of Lifelong Education, Administration, and Policy.
