Join us in congratulating Vera Bulla, a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Women's Studies who will graduate in May with her PhD in Romance Languages, on being awarded the UGA Excellence in Teaching Award! This highly competitive award recognizes UGA graduate students who have demonstrated superior teaching skills and contributed to teaching beyond their own classroom responsibilities. The Excellence in Teaching Award is the highest award for GTAs at UGA. This is the third year in a row that a Women's Studies GTA has been selected for this award: Christina Crespo was awarded in 2021, and Elise Robinson was awarded in 2022. Clearly, our GTAs are amazing! Congratulations Dr. Bulla!
