Graduate Student, Philosophy Currently, I am a doctoral candidate at the Department of Philosophy and a master's student at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence, University of Georgia. I teach at both the Department of Philosophy and the Institute for Women's Studies, University of Georgia. A significant part of my research focuses on environmental ethics, water ethics, feminist philosophy, gender and sexuality in North Africa, postcolonial theory, Artificial Intelligence and social justice, and the cultural politics of Islamic discourse and modernity in Egypt. Previously, I was an assistant lecturer at Cairo University's Department of Philosophy. Also, I was a visiting scholar at Michigan State University, as well as a research fellow at the University of Bologna, Italy. I obtained my MA degree in Applied Philosophy from Cairo University. I obtained a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies from the University of Georgia. My Doctoral Dissertation title is "Islamic Feminism as a Neocolonial Project"
